Most extractions take 30–60 minutes under local anaesthetic or IV sedation. Recovery is typically 3–5 days for simple cases, slightly longer for surgical extractions.

Anaesthesia
Dental anxiety is very common — and no reason to put off necessary care. Our in-office IV sedation allows you to be completely comfortable and relaxed throughout your procedure, with little or no memory of it afterward.
Both of our surgeons are certified to administer IV sedation in-office. Dr. Subach and Dr. Kim hold ACLS and PALS certifications, ensuring the highest standards of safety for all patients, including children.

Our surgeons hold ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications, meeting the highest standards for in-office anaesthesia.
Before your appointment
You must fast for at least 8 hours before IV sedation and arrange for someone to drive you home and stay with you for several hours after.

Implant placement is typically done under local anaesthetic or IV sedation. Osseointegration (bone bonding) takes 3–6 months before the final crown is placed.

Am I a candidate?
Most adults in good general health qualify. Bone grafting can create the right conditions for patients with bone loss.

Complete Restoration
Full arch implants offer a permanent, life-changing solution for patients who are missing all or most of their teeth — or who are tired of ill-fitting dentures. Using just four to six strategically placed implants, an entire arch of teeth can be restored with a fixed, natural-looking result.
Unlike traditional dentures, full arch implants are anchored permanently into the jawbone — no slipping, no adhesives, no removal at night. They look, feel, and function like your own teeth.
What to expect
The surgical phase is typically completed in one appointment under IV sedation. Same dayteeth available. Full osseointegration takes 3–6 months, after which the final fixed prosthetic is placed by your restorative dentist.

Am I a candidate?
Most adults missing multiple or all teeth in an arch qualify. A 3D scan and consultation will determine the right approach for your situation.

Bone Restoration
When teeth are lost, the jawbone beneath them can begin to deteriorate over time. Bone grafting restores lost bone volume, creating the solid foundation needed for successful dental implant placement.
Is bone grafting right for me?
If you've been told you don't have enough bone for implants, bone grafting may make you a candidate. We'll evaluate your situation with 3D imaging and discuss your options.

Orthognathic
Corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery) treats skeletal misalignments of the jaw that cannot be corrected with orthodontics alone. It can dramatically improve chewing, speaking, breathing, and facial appearance.
This procedure is typically performed in coordination with your orthodontist, with braces placed before and after surgery to achieve the ideal bite and facial balance.
What to expect
Surgery is performed in a hospital setting under general anaesthesia. Most patients return home the next day, with full recovery typically taking 10–12 weeks.
Good candidates
Adults who have finished growing, with jaw misalignment causing functional problems or significant facial asymmetry that braces alone cannot correct.

Oral pathology involves the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, conditions, and abnormalities affecting the mouth, jaw, and surrounding structures — including cysts, tumours, and other lesions. Early detection is key to the best outcomes.
We work closely with your primary care provider and other specialists throughout diagnosis and treatment to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
When to seek care
See us promptly if you notice any unexplained lumps, sores that don't heal, white or red patches, numbness, or difficulty swallowing in or around your mouth.

Reconstruction
Facial injuries — including fractures of the jaw, cheekbone, or eye socket, as well as soft tissue lacerations — require specialised surgical expertise to restore both function and appearance. Our surgeons are trained in the full scope of facial trauma repair.

Common emergencies we treat include post-surgical complications, infections, dry socket, traumatic injuries, and acute pain from impacted teeth.

Signs you need urgent care
